So many... options were available but what was commendable is carefully suggesting of what products were best for me and family. I have some ortho issues so this timely intervention was definitely something I appreciate and value. SPNS lives up to their brand and expertise and that showed up in all interactions. Every part option and pricing was unbundled and explained to me. Yes the product is slightly expensive but considering the product, guarantee and after sales service committed, I do not have issue paying this extra margin. SPNS is not new to me. I have been their customer earlier (bought a sofa in 2009). That sofa is still good, but I really want to change it after so many years. And so, what do I do, I visit them... again.Of course, there was a running campaign with discounts and buybacks - which also helped with my decision.But let me tell you, I got the peace of mind and quality that you expect from a Brand - having been their customer earlier and experiencing their product, I am least bothered where they are from, but for the curious ones - they are Pune based.One of the things that I like in dealing with them is customization. You can almost customize anything (width, height of seat, depth of seat - you name it) and they deliver to your house. I will strongly suggest you to visit their office (which btw is also their factory), because you have meet them to get the feel of what level they go to, to give you what you have visualized. It is definitely not buying something from a showroom, this is an experience.read more

Worst experience. Bought 2 X 2 Sofas in 50K and back pillows got deshaped within a week. Despite under warranty and continuous followups, no solution was provided. Not at all recommended.My view on... your response -Dear SPNS,Despite follow-up for 2 years, I've not got the solution for the problem which I reported in first week itself.Good to see that one of your executive contacting me and trying to help. Thanks to him.Your sofa is good, Wood is good, base seats are good and comfortable.But, when you buy a product with warranty and service assurance, you don't expect such response which took almost 2 years.you see the product and service as a whole and rate accordingly hence I've rated one.I hope you will be able to resolve my issue and I will be pushed to re-rate my feedback which I would surely like to do.Update -SPNS said there is nothing wrong hence nothing can be done. Despite being polite your ability/willingness to listen to customer's word were so fake that it was shown on your face. If customer is coming to you with problem you should at least try to... understand the problem instead of giving them multiple excuses and fake smiles. If you don't have buyback options your all team members should also tell us same, one member from your team says we will get 5000 other will say its value is almost 0, please communicate among yourselves guys also mention the same in your website if not mentioned earlier that once we are done selling our stuff please don't expect any extended help from us.read more

We were very strongly recommended to buy the sofa from SPNF by our interior architect, even when we had shortlisted from other showrooms. So we bought a sofa from them.Post delivery in a few... months, the fabric started having problems. As per the warranty, the SPNS folks asked us to choose a fabric of a different color and series, and we chose that and confirmed it.When the sofa was delivered after the rework by SPNS it was our different color but again with the similar series fabric as we had problems before. On asking him about it, he mentions the other fabric material hadn't arrived, and they decided to change the series himself, without even informing us. On questioning him on that, he tells us that "we should be positive", which means, we should accept whatever SPNS has done. I am absolutely disappointed with their approach on this.Please be very careful when you deal with SPNS, keep a record and photograph of the fabric materials and series we chose, fortunately we had all the confirmations on Whatsapp & photographs and series numbers, so he couldn't prove us wrong. I am still deliberating on what avenues I have to take action on this.read more

Pre Delivery Review: -The search for sofa manufacturers lead me to the SPNS website. It has a variety of designs to suit your needs. they offer latest designs and have the option of... customization.although at first you my feel the prices a bit high, but the visit to the store clears your doubts. The designs and the quality of the sofas is good enough for the price.My visit to the store was wonderful. Aditi who manages the operations helped me in selecting the sofa. At first the person comes home to take the measurements and suggests some designs for your sofa. Post measurements the operations person helps you in finalizing the sofa you want also helping you to select the fabric (in case you opt for Fabric Sofa.)Till now I am completely satisfied with the overall process.looking forward for the delivery. I am posting this review after about 10 months of usage - a bit late, but as they say "better late than never". We had a very positive experience with the entire process - please note, I am saying... this after 10 months of usage.. that tells a lot about quality of the product that we have got. The place is meant for quality savvy people who are okay to spend more for receiving a very satisfying, excellent quality and long lasting product. The selection process, choice of fabric, flexibility to customize, payment options, meeting committed timelines and finally actual delivery (packing, interaction with delivery team) has been an excellent experience.Thank you so much SPNS .. We have visited SPNS for looking nice look L type sofa. Before visiting to the SPNS , we have done market survey at many places but we didn't find Sofa to our need.
