We at SPNS Furniture have taken many quality steps to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you wish to return the item, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible but It is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival.
For any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the item by notifying us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the products, all products must be repackaged in all the original packaging and in the manner as when received and in the original received. The goods need to be in exactly same condition, new and packaged to the same standard as when received.

New or Customised Orders are not subject to cancellation without charge under any circumstances once you place the order, orders placed outside the normal selection and in bright colours or combination colours are classed as custom and not cancellable.
Please ensure you:
- Check your items are undamaged upon delivery.
- Inform us as soon as possible, should you wish to return the item(s).
- Check the item(s) is/are in its original condition.
- Please retain all the original packaging and repackage the item for return.
- We may ask for pictures of the goods repacked so that we can arrange for the pick up ASAP.
If the item is not in its original condition or in used condition or not in all the original packaging, we are unable to accept returns.
Naturally we endeavour to deliver all our products in good condition. At SPNS Furniture have spent many hours talking to our suppliers about packing and shipping our products so they arrive safely. We are constantly looking for ways to improve these standards. Our stores also pride themselves on having the best delivery teams in the business.
It is disappointing for you and us when occasionally things go wrong. When your order has been unwrapped in your home and there are signs of transit damage, this is what to expect:
If the furniture is usable, despite the damage, we are happy for you to go ahead and use it.
SPNS FURNITURE delivery team will complete an incident report form to record the problem. They will ask you to sign it. They may also take photographs to accompany the paperwork.
The Incident Report form will be returned to FACTORY. It will be logged against your order number, and assessed for action.
